CUSTOM NCR TENDER ISSUE

DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE

When an NCR Custom Key is set to any tender option and is used in the register. It sets every tender after that to be the same tender option.

CUSTOM KEY 1

I set the custom key 1 to tender as check.

REGULAR TENDER

After processing a previous transaction with Custom Key 1 the regular tender button assumes the same behavior.

WORKAROUND:

The only known workaround is to restart the application entirely. Clearing the Custom Keys to be unusable helps avoid this issue for now until it is fixed.
