OPTIMIZE HYBRID CHECKOUT

DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

We would like to add sub menu capabilities to the hybrid checkout's item list feature. Essentially to be able to take restaurant style orders at a location that also offers c-store sales like a mini grocery/ meat market with a kitchen.
