RS323 SCALE SCANNER TRIMMING LEADING ZEROS

DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE:

When using the RS232 Scale Scanners, the register module does not preserve leading zeros.

Used a handheld scanner that correctly types out the barcode data for example.
