LIMIT RECEIVE ORDERS LINKED TO PURCHASE ORDERS

DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Creating Receive Order from a Purchase Order should limit the ability to recreate a Receive Order from the same Purchase Order. Or at least hide it once converting it. Unless The Receive Order has been deleted without being received.

Current implementation can cause issues when a Purchase order stays listed in the purchase order module after being converted to a receiving order without any limitation to creating receive order.
